Our Shipping Policy:

At Artisan Quilt Co., we want to ensure a smooth and timely delivery of your Quilting Subscription Box. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping process:

 

Shipping Date: We ship our subscription boxes on the 5th day of each month. This means that if you place an order between the 6th of the current month and the 1st of the following month, your box will be shipped on the 5th of the next month.

 

Delivery Timeframe: We ship our boxes via USPS (United States Postal Service), a reliable shipping provider. Once your box is shipped, you can expect it to arrive at your doorstep within 3-5 business days.

 

Example: To provide clarity, let's consider an example. If you place an order between October 6th and November 1st, your box will be shipped on the 5th of November. From there, you can anticipate receiving your box within 3-5 business days after the shipping date.

WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?

At Artisan Quilt Co., we understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel your subscription. We strive to provide a flexible cancellation policy to accommodate your needs.

Here are the details of our cancellation policy:

Cancellation Deadline: To ensure a smooth cancellation process, we kindly request that you notify us of your intent to cancel your subscription before the 1st of the month. This allows us sufficient time to process the cancellation and avoid any charges for the upcoming month's box.

Cancellation Process: To cancel your subscription, please reach out to our customer support team via email. We will guide you through the cancellation process and address any questions or concerns you may have. Your cancellation will be confirmed via email once it has been successfully processed.

Please note that cancellations requested after the 1st of the month may result in the shipment of the following month's box, as the cancellation might not be processed in time to stop the shipment.
